At Mademoiselle Sisi Skin Care, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:

Refunds

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used skincare products.
  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the product.
  • Approved refund requests will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange shipping costs are covered by us for defective items.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order.

Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control
