Refunds
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used skincare products.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos of the product.
- Approved refund requests will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping.
- If you need an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange shipping costs are covered by us for defective items.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order.
Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unclaimed packages
- Delays due to customs clearance or carrier issues beyond our control
